1. Accessing the Settings

To configure the basic settings, click in the main menu on Settings/Quick Start.

2. Entering Company Information
In the Quick Start section, please enter the most important information about your business:

Business Name: Enter the name of your business in the designated field.

Full Name: Enter the full legal name of your business as it should appear on invoices, legal notices, or official documents — including the legal form (e.g., GmbH, KG, OG, etc.).

Address and Contact Details: Provide the complete address, phone number, and email of your business so that it appears correctly in communications and on invoices.

3. Room Management
In the next step, you can set up and manage your rooms:
Assign a room number or room name for each room (e.g., “101”, “Garden View Suite”).
Assign the appropriate room category to each room (e.g., Single Room, Double Room, Suite).

This ensures that your accommodation management is set up correctly and that all data needed for bookings and billing is complete.
